I have been using this ghee for the last 6 months, and overall, the quality appears to be good. I haven’t faced any issues so far.
However, I have one concern that I would like the manufacturer/seller to clarify. When I smell the ghee, it has a slightly sweet aroma, which I don’t usually associate with authentic cow ghee. I have been using traditionally prepared cow ghee from my hometown as well, and its aroma is quite different.
I would appreciate it if you could clarify what causes this sweet smell and whether it is a normal characteristic of your product.
